Hi, I’m Susannah. As a former professional dancer turned movement teacher specialising in pelvic health, I understand the importance of ensuring optimum health throughout the whole body.Through my own journey of healing from birth injuries and training in a variety of disciplines, I’ve developed a unique, whole-body approach to pelvic health that goes beyond traditional methods.

A Different Approach to Pelvic Health
Pelvic health isn't just about Kegels – it's a full-body journey that benefits every area of your life. I specialise in helping women overcome:
Diastasis
Prolapse
Incontinence (Stress and Urge)
My approach combines movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to create lasting change. I believe healing begins when we move out of fight-or-flight and into a state where real recovery can occur.
What My Clients Say
"I started working with Susannah after the birth of my second child as I had severe diastasis recti and very little connection to my pelvic floor.Susannah works in such a holistic way and thanks to her unique approach my diastasis is not a problem any more. I feel so much stronger and I can even jump on a trampoline with a full bladder!I felt the positive effects of the hypopressive exercises after my first session with Susannah, I’m so glad I gave it a go. Working with Susannah has been transformative for me.Thank you so much Susannah!"

My Ways of Working
Full Body Integration
My approach to pelvic health goes far beyond traditional isolated treatments. Instead of focusing solely on the pelvic floor, I address how the entire body works together as an integrated system. Through years of study and practice, I've discovered the fascinating connection between foot dysfunction and pelvic issues, showing how problems in one area can affect the whole body. My work incorporates deep core tensegrity principles, considering how the body's structural system works as a whole. Through targeted thoracic diaphragm release techniques, we create lasting change that resonates throughout the entire body, leading to comprehensive healing and improved function.
Nervous System Focus
At the heart of my approach is the understanding that true healing can only begin when we bring the body out of its "fight or flight" response. I create a safe, calm, and nurturing environment where your nervous system can settle into a state that supports healing. Through specialised breathing techniques, we work to regulate your nervous system, while acknowledging and addressing how trauma can affect pelvic health. Every session emphasises building a stronger mind-body connection through conscious instruction, helping you develop a deeper understanding of your body's signals and needs.
Advanced Techniques
As one of the few Level 3 Hypopressive Coaches in the UK, I bring a unique set of skills to pelvic health work. My approach combines multiple disciplines, drawing from my background in dance, yoga, personal training, and specialised pelvic health methods. I integrate sophisticated fascial release work, understanding how the body's 250 million nerve endings affect sensory information and overall function. Through carefully designed activation techniques and specific movement patterns, we create lasting change in how your body moves and functions.
About Me
My journey to specialising in Pelvic Health began with dance. After receiving a full scholarship to The London Studio Centre, I performed professionally around the world and following a severe injury at 22, I redirected my passion for movement into helping others. I had a real need to understand how the body worked and why injuries happened. After qualifying as a Personal Trainer and completing my Ashtanga Teacher Training in India, I sought out the best bodywork teachers I could find, often travelling to study with them more in depth. I always felt there was a disconnect on how we view the body as individual parts and I sought techniques and understanding that would enable a more holistic view.Everything changed again when I experienced pelvic floor injuries during the birth of my Son. This personal challenge became my mission: to understand, heal, and help others facing similar struggles. Over the past decade, I've dedicated myself to studying pelvic health, becoming one of the few Level 3 Hypopressive Coaches in the UK.

My Mission
Pelvic floor dysfunction is one of the biggest barriers to exercise and good health facing women today. When I experienced my own pelvic floor injury after giving birth to my Son, I was met with limited information, inadequate support, and advice that left me feeling scared of my own body. That experience transformed into my life's mission: to change how we approach pelvic health.
Ten years ago, I was a fitness professional struggling with a prolapsed uterus and bladder. The standard advice was simple: "Just do your Kegels" or "Take it easy with exercise." As someone who had spent their entire life in movement – from professional dance to yoga to CrossFit – this wasn't enough. I knew there had to be a better way.
That journey led me to discover, heal, and now share a comprehensive approach to pelvic health that honours the whole body and the whole person. Every woman deserves to:
Feel confident in their body
Move without fear
Understand their healing journey
Access clear and empowering information
Return to the activities they love
Feel supported and understood
What My Clients Say
"Susannah has completely transformed my relationship with exercise. I feel stronger than ever despite having had 3 babies in less than 5 years. Her knowledge about movement during pregnancy and how to heal post partum is world class. She is the most incredible teacher I have ever worked with for mind, body and soul. Her positive energy is infectious and I always feel like a new person after our sessions."

The Future of Pelvic Health
I am making it my personal mission to:
Remove barriers to exercise for women with pelvic floor dysfunction
Challenge outdated approaches to pelvic health
Provide education that empowers
Create safe spaces for healing and discussion
Share knowledge that transforms lives
When I started this journey, information about pelvic health had to be dug out of the cracks. Today, we're finally starting to talk about these issues openly, but there's still so much work to be done. I envision a future where:
Women don't suffer in silence
Pelvic health education is readily available
Movement is celebrated, not feared
Recovery is understood as a full-body journey
Every woman knows she's not alone
Together, we can transform how women experience and understand their bodies, creating a new standard for pelvic health care that honours our strength, resilience, and potential for healing.
Why This Matters
Pelvic floor dysfunction is one of the biggest barriers to exercise and good health in women today. Traditional approaches often leave women feeling:
Scared of their bodies
Restricted in movement
Stuck with limited options
Disconnected from their physical potential
My approach helps you:
Understand your body's full potential
Move with confidence again
Address root causes, not just symptoms
Build a sustainable practice for long-term health
Return to activities you love
This approach is particularly effective for women who:
Haven't seen results from traditional Kegel-focused methods
Want to understand the bigger picture of their pelvic health
Are looking to return to exercise or movement they love
Need a more holistic approach to healing
Are seeking long-term solutions rather than quick fixes

The Result
By addressing pelvic health as a full-body experience and considering the crucial role of the nervous system, my clients experience:
Improved body awareness and control
Greater confidence in movement
Better understanding of their body's signals
Sustainable healing strategies
Return to activities they love
Reduced symptoms and improved quality of life
Remember: Pelvic health is no longer just a squeeze and release practice. We know so much more now! It's a fully embodied journey that benefits every area of our lives.
